There is a general consensus that we are not in the worst of economic times. However, there still are a lot of people out there looking for jobs without success. There are a lot more losing their jobs practically every day.

Regardless of the economic conditions, there are always people in very tough money situations. A good many of these people live under the poverty level, with hardly any money around. I'm not only talking about some poor countries in Africa, Asia, Europe or South America. I am also talking about this land of opportunity, right here in North America.

More and more people are holding on to their money and looking for ways to save. They are generally hoping to prevent the outlay of more money. Others simply can't make ends meet. They have more money going out than coming in. This is true, not only for those living in the slums or low income communities. Others in high income communities are equally affected. There is more money going out than coming in.

There is however, a brighter side of the coin. There are numerous fantastic opportunities everywhere today. For those with the right mental attitude, knowledge and qualifications, these opportunities exist virtually anywhere.
